Your order will usually be processed and despatched on the same business day it is placed, or the next business day if the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

PRICING AND DELIVERY

Standard delivery - our prices include basic delivery by Airmail postal service; orders are shipped from London so countries such as Ireland, France and the Netherlands which are close to the UK might expect delivery within 2-4 days; countries further away such as Greece, Cyprus or Bulgaria might take 4-14 days. We have used this service for several years and found it to be generally reliable, but it is uninsured and non-trackable; replacement after non-delivery might be very slow.

We can now send by priority Airmail with registered delivery, at a small extra cost.

Orders received by 1600 GMT/BST will generally be despatched the same day.

Enhanced delivery - UPS standard service (insured and trackable, 2-3 business days for EU countries, not guaranteed). Costs are given on the checkout page.

Orders need to be received by 1400 GMT/BST for same day despatch.

Next business day delivery - UPS Express service (insured and trackable, next business day throughout Europe, guaranteed). Costs are given on the checkout page.
